Reservations:
- VISA / MC or Cash / Travelers Check
- A minimum 50% deposit required to guarantee
a reservation.
- Reservations of only three nights or less are
subject to 100% deposit.
- All
rates are for double occupancy.
- Each additional person $15, if allowed.
- Absolutely no refund for early departure.
Payment:
- Balance due in full at time of check-in.
- No refunds for early departure.
- Visa, Mastercard, Travelers checks & cash
accepted.
- A
personal check may be requested for deposit.
Pet
Policy:
- No Pets!

Sorry, this is due to prior issues and we can
no longer tolerate any pets.
- Guests
found with pets will be immediately evicted.

Check-In
& Out:

Check-in is 3:30 pm.
- Check-out is 10:30 am.
- All kitchens are expected to be left clean and
additional cleaning charges may apply for excessively
dirty kitchens.
- Excessively dirty units at check-out will be
charged an additional fee.
Cancellations:
If your reservation is canceled at least 30 days
prior to your scheduled arrival your deposit will
be refunded, minus a $25 booking fee per room.
All cancellations must be submitted in written
format. If your reservation is canceled less than
30 days prior to your scheduled arrival, your
deposit is forfeited and will not be refunded.
If you need to cancel, you will need to submit
a written cancellation and obtain a date generated
cancellation number. Cancellation numbers are
only provided if your reservation was canceled
at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
